Shipping and payment information

Shipping information:

The goods can be shipped within Germany. Your order will be shipped via DHL. For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3.99 euros per order. For orders with a gross value of 30.00 euros or more, shipping is free. For logistical reasons, collection is not possible.

We offer shipping to 17 countries in the European Union. We charge a flat shipping fee of 10.49 euros for all orders, regardless of the destination country or the size of your order.

You can easily and conveniently check in the checkout area whether your desired country is included in the delivery area. There you will also receive a clear overview of the shipping costs and other details about your delivery.

We attach great importance to transparency and reliability so that your order arrives safely and on time. If you have any questions about our shipping options, our customer service team will be happy to help you at any time.

Orders are usually handed over to the shipping service provider on the day of the order or the next day. The delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days within Germany and 8-10 days for international shipping.

PayPal

The following procedure is provided for processing the purchase via PayPal:

At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment method. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and make the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal. You will then be redirected back to us.

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The invoice terms can be found at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_de/invoice?fee=0 .
  • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.   • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
  • Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been dispatched. The time will be communicated to you by email. (Please only list the payment methods that you offer.)

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
